The Dynamic Farm Organization workshop is a presentation of the Passiflora Model, an organizational framework for creating fair share collaborative enterprise. The model blends Dynamic Self Governance (sociocracy) along with Dynamic Equity (Slicing Pie) into an LLC corporate structure specifically built for regenerative community farms. This is CSA 2.0, a manner by which community investment of all types can be legally appropriated to a collectively stewarded Farm business.
